| Our Mission | Facilities AME N417B houses various modern facilities including the IR imaging system, UltraHigh Vacuum chamber, ASPOD solar cutter, Lightweight composites processing facility and a host of smaller robots. AME N219 houses the rocket lab that has a state-of-the-art Baker-Perkins-APV mixer (the only one of its kind on any university campus) cast/cure facilities and the rocket firing facility with modern diagnostic instrumentation including LabView software. In addition, the facilities of SERC are also available at Swan and Ft.Lowell. Some of the more advanced tests have always been welcome at JPL, and other labs on campus (for example, the space test facilities in Gould-Simpson 6th floor). |
